January trends or a permanent change?

So January has come round again and a lot of people make a New Year's Resolution to "get fit". This in itself is a great resolution, but sadly lots of people fall by the wayside after a few weeks. Don't let that be you. Make a change that becomes a lifestyle so that this time next year you do not need to make the same resolution as you will already have implemented it into your weekly routine. One of the keys to fitness is finding exercise which you enjoy and actually look forward to. One which you know will make you feel great.
